I’ve had a few orders with Big E over the last couple of years and am overdue for some feedback on his stuff. His frags are healthy, decent sized and colorful like his pictures of colonies actually look like. While I dip everything, I’ve never had a pest on his of his frags.
I’ve killed off a couple due to various issues with nitrate and unknown losses, Big E softened the blow on a few replacements and gave me a deal for buying in quantity. He is fair and trustworthy!
When one of the pricier frags I bought had died in his tank for whatever reason. He refunded my PayPal and offered to ship it later. I’ve had some shipping mishaps with FedEx and Ed was patient, reassuring and told me if anything died because the shipment was lost, not to worry about it. That’s just an awesome example of the kind of guy Ed is, not to mention his oodles of contributions to this sire and his years of hardcore experience in reef keeping.
