Big spots growing on hippo tang

Not sure what’s going on with the hippo the spots look a little big for ich but not sure I thought I seen ich like spots on my yellow and flame angel but I don’t see any on them now anybody have any ideas

Without pics (taken under white lighting), it will be hard to assess what is happening here.
