He eats just fine and isn’t showing any signs of distress… only him and a ocellaris clown half his size that isn’t agressive in a 23 gallon.

many ideas?

How long have the spots been there?
Same amount or an increase in spots over time?
Could be a bacterial infection.
Hard to tell from the picture. I see spots on both fish.

Plus other things it could be

The size of the spots toward the tail of the right fish make me think flukes.

Looks like flukes from what I can see in pic.

Thanks. It’s only 1 fish the left one is his reflection. I’ll try to get a better picture tomorrow. Just noticed it yesterday so I will keep an eye on it. In the meantime I will look into treating for flukes.

thanks all

Flukes are not usually viable like that, although you can see them secondarily to the damage they do. Can you try for a picture under white like?

Big thank you to everyone that helped! Used PraziPro and in only a few days he looks 1000% better! I’m really surprised how quickly this worked.
