Are these mucus spots,? I bought from a treated tank. There is some bullying right now between my old fish and new, he's one if the new ones. Has not eaten yet and mostly resting/ hiding. I have qt setup already, should I just separate him?

There's also some fin deterioration

this is physical damage from aggression and quite extensive. To be quite frank, I would be surprised if it fully heals and your best chance will be with isolation and treatment with Ruby Rally Pro or seachem kanaplex
