I am planning on a group of anthias for my 125g. However, I am willing to keep a single if the particular species would do better that way.

I am particularly interested in the bimaculatus, but I'm not finding much info.

How many should I keep in a 125g tank? I believe they are planktonivores, correct? What level of aggression (conspecific and/or not) can I expect? Are they more/less difficult to acclimate to tank life when compared with the average anthias/pseudanthias? Do they prefer more rockwork, more open water, or middle-of-the-road?

I am disabled, so I have plenty of time to give them special care if they need it.

This thread can be closed. I tried another search engine and found them to be most likely too aggressive.

Now to research the Randall's....
