I purchased a Bio Churn Reactor about a month ago and added 200 ml of Reef Octopus bio spheres for 100 gallons of water but so far I have not seen any changes to my water chemistry. Should I of seen some kind of change by now? I am assuming the bio balls should be active by now right?

I don't think there is any solid estimate regarding the time is takes to see a reduction in nutrients when using pellets. It takes time for the bacteria to colonize the pellets...some people dose Brightwell microbacter to help establish the bacteria. If I had to guess, I'd say you should start to see gradual decreases in the next month.

Do you think I should add another 100 ml? The instructions said 400 ml for 100 gallons of water, I was trying to go slow at first.
