Hey guys...

So I finally broke down and made the middle chamber of my built in filtration into a fuge. I have a solana 35. Was instructed to remove two balls at a time once a week... but just curious what your guys thoughts are in this, there's not enough water room in my tank to accommodate all the bioballs. So a third are out of water currently.

So many ways to do thing :) I came across about 5 gallons of bioballs/shotgun wadding mix in a home made trickle filter from about 20 years ago while reorganizing the shed. I'm currently slowly removing the rock rubble and argonite gravel from my sump and replacing it with the bioballs :) My sump cleaning takes the most time of my tank maintainence, I think it will be quicker and easier to do with the bioballs :)

Cheers!
