I was thinking of switching to filter socks. What is your take on it. Which is better?

I stopped using filter socks and it seems like I have more PE on corals, as well as brighter coloration. Both are anecdotal.

I use both...lol. But for me they serve two different purpose. I run a probiotics based system. Filter socks help me to get rid of the crude and larger food particles and ceramic bioballs with siporax house my probiotics which keep nutrients down.
