Bio Cube 32 LED fan noise fix

Purchased a Coralife Biocube 32 a couple weeks back and from day one the fan was super noisy. Finally got around to calling Coralife customer service the day before thanksgiving and here it is the day after thanksgiving the new fan arrived in the mail. Have to say the Customer service was great, no questions asked shipped me a new fan. Not sure if this is a common problem or not but the new fan is a different make, has twice the number of fins and looks to have a bit more of an aggressive pitch to the fins as well, dead silent and feels much heavier than the old one I removed. If anyone else thinks there fan in there 32 biocube is noisy I'd give customer service a call.

Good to know. I got those to replace mine with too. They make the same kind retrofit for Oceanic cubes too.

hold old is your BioCube 32 LED? I just picked one up this weekend and the fan is virtually undetectable. The recirc pump is noticeable though....any chance you can post a pic of your new fan so I can compare and see if I happen to have the new model already.
