Bio cube 32 replacement lights

Looking for alternatives to the Stock lights because they are just not cutting it. I see a lot of people use Steve’s LEDs but I also saw a tank on here somewhere that had a Radion XR15 Gen4 Pro mounted in the hood and it looked amazing.

I do not want to remove my hood.

Steves Led hood would be your best option. However removing the top will add countless options to upgrade the lighting and many other aspects of the Biocube.

Just remove the hood. Tank will look better without the hood anyway. I have the Ai prime HD on mine. Looks and works great

That’s the easiest option and probably cheapest they’re dimmable to you just remove the stock lights and stick these in with double sided tape!

Did you purchase the In line dimmer, 3 way DC splitter, 24V DC power supply, and which light strips? The 12,000k/453nm blue is sold out.

Yes it came in a nano kit you can see if there are any on eBay to

I bought the nano kit which was two strips a blue and and the mixed white and blue it came with the dimmers then I added another atinic blue strip

I would go with the 12” and add a strip of blue for a total of 3 strips plenty of light!

I have two dimmers with 3 strips

I believe with the kit there’s a splitter not sure it’s been like 4 years since I’ve installed them oh and I don’t need the fans
