Bio- Magnet Clarifier not being able to just pour in?

I got sand from “Carib Sea” and it comes with a Bio-Magnet Clarifier and it says add it to a jar and add slowly. Why can I just not pour it in?

That’s what I did, worked fine. Guess I never read the directions lol...

Yea I did that at first then I read it and was like huh. Idk lol I was just trying to see if it was bad or not idk kinda dumb i dont see the difference. Either way ur adding it to the tank.

I’ve done it on two tanks by just dropping it in, worked fine no issues.

Also did a substrate change out with a fully stocked Biocube coral/fish, dropped it in like broadcast feeding, and nothing minded.

Fish just lived in the sand storm of the mummy, for a few hours lol.

Yea its just probably a precautionary thing just to be safe but i mean there isn’t anything wrong with it. I was just seeing if there was something that might happen later on. But thanks!
