I've just noticed a explosion of tube-like sponges inside my bio pellet reactor. Anyone else have this and is this caused by to little/not enough flow?

I have them also in my BP reactor, protein skimmer and overflow. IMO it's a natural occurrence. Sponges are a filter feeder, probably a sign you have nutrients in the water
