just hooked up the bio pellets a couple of day ago now my tank is super cloudy i heard if u put to much when you first start it can cause a bacteria bloom i think this is whats wrong any input will help

That is true and you should point your powerheads to the surface to help oxgenate the water during the bloom. It will go away in a few days if not sooner.

You can also pull some of the pellets out of the reactor, and then slowly add them back over a few weeks time.

i did a little water change will it go away on its own if i dont take any out ? and is this bloom in any way bad for my tank ?

It will go away on it's own if you don't take them out, it will just take longer. Run some GAC to help clear it up along with water changes.

are you using a filter sock? you should, it does help as long as you clean it every 2-3 days
