Bio reactors and coraline algea

i was just wondering if it was possible to grow coraline algea when running a bio reactor. np biopellets, dr tims pearls, etc etc
i have a 55 gal that was currently growing coraline till installing the reactor. maybe im answering my own question but doesnt coraline need some amount of phosphate to grow??? anyone have similare expierence?
 
125g mixed reef Peninsula
salinity: 1.025, CA: 500, ALK: 9.0DKH, NO3: 0, PO4: 0.25, MAG: 1355

Yes I've noticed a slow down of coraline algae growth but after a few months it began growing again. The big difference for me is that it doesn't seem to grow on my glass so much like before. Only along the seams, on the overflow and live rock. Anywhere it isn't super clean.
