Bio S dosage Control

Hello everyone,

I started cycling 43 lt tank six days ago by dosing one drop of Bio S per day. For two days, I have cloudiness in the tank. It seems caused by bacteria bloom despite being dosed on point. The AF guide says one drop for 100 lt of water, so do I need to dose every other day according to basic math on that guide? Also, I have NP Pro and don't know when and how to dose it. Could you please inform me also about that?

I used Pro Bio S with Nppro and had amazing results.
