Hey just got some bioballs however I don’t know where to put them.. I’ve put them here for now image attached. I’m keeping the box in case a fish plays up and I can put it down there.

Anyone give me tips on where to put them?!

Unless it is a true wet/dry filter, it doesn't really matter where they go as long as they are submerged. I guess the real question is why you need them at all? If you have live rock, they aren't really necessary.

I have dry rock and dry sand just adding more stability to the tank

Bio media is bio media .... those look like marine pure spheres to me, so not what I think of as ‘bio-balls’. Maybe you need it, but probably you don’t. Good seed media for a QT tank though. I keep some of that in a filter bag submerged in my sump .... just in case.
