So I was cleaning the tank and i was looking at the over flow part and i saw its not really skimming anything like all the debris in the tank isn't going inside and just circulating in the tank. But its not overflowing and the pump is still pumping like normal, Any advice? it even looks like the water on the top of the overflow is flowing backwards which i don't understand.

do you have water in the over-flow area?
you MIGHT have water leaking into that area and the pump just pushing it back into the display area of the tank. That would account for the fact that the pump is still working as normal.

I do have water in the over flow issue, is there any specific areas to look for a leak?
The only real way is to empty the overflow area and observe where it MIGHT be coming back in from. if you do that and the display part of the biocube empties you have you answer on the leak.

Do you have enough water in the tank? Is there water coming out of the release from the last chamber? If the pump chamber is filling up there is a steady water flow making it there.
