Biocube 29g skimmer

Yup, best value for the price.
I use aquatic life 115, and happy with it, had to do the airline mod,
Marinedepot has a nice video on this specifically

Tunze 9002,because of its size and shape is a extra help ,but i have found good old water changes are the best for smaller tanks.

If you are looking for a skimmer to fit into the 2nd chamber you'll likely be disappointed in all of them. I've used both mentioned and they are not worth the trouble or expense, production is just so minimal. I run an algae reactor on my BC29 now and get much better parameters, excellent as a mater of fact; than I ever did running one the small skimmers. If you really have your tank over loaded and running high nutrients; a true HOB skimmer like an eshopps psk-75 would be a better bet.

What kind of Algea reactor do you use?

I use the eshops nano on my tank. Check out marinedepot.com. It fits into the second chamber no problem. Creates some pretty good skim.

I am a huge fan of Tunze products... unfortunately however, I am not at all a fan of the 9001. Even with an ATO, it is very sensitive to water level fluctuations in chamber 2. I use the Aquaticlife 115 in chamber 1 of my Oceanic BC29. The water level in chamber 1 stays constant, thus you will get consistent performance out of it. Do the airline mod as someone above suggested and you should be good to go.
