Hi guys,

Need help... About a week ago I removed the bio balls and put a media basket in the 2nd chamber. Ever since, my water level in the 3rd chamber keeps going down while my tank water level is perfectly fine. Not sure what's going on? How do I add water if my level in the main tank is plenty high as it is??? Appreciate any help!!

Mine did the same thing when I added media and fuge baskets. I just added water to the chamber until it was the level I wanted. It wont overflow your tank. My water level is above the max line I actually have my water level high enough to cover the Purigen on the 2nd rack. You can see the water level is above the max line in this pic

Agree with both ^ . I have my water level just under the top plate on my media basket....so it's well over the "max" line...this line is meant to gauge water running through the original bio-balls.

So just fill the 3rd or 2nd chamber up with water till its well above the max line and the tank shouldn't overflow?

Awesome thanks guy!!
