Biocube 32 fuge options

I got the intank fuge basket for my bio cube 32 and I plan on putting chaeto in it. For my fuge is that all I need or do I need chaeto and something else? If I do what all do I need in it. I already have light for chaeto too.

Yes the rear chambers must be full.
