A Mars Aqua fixture on ebay for about $100 will do well and they are reasonably well made.

Just looked up their site.... Seems they are into growing weed these days, and not aquarium lighting.

Prior to that I had a Kessil A160, which is probably not strong enough for clams. An A360 would be good though. Between the two lights I far preferred the Kessil.
