biocube 32g tank light upgrade

I am thinking about the Kessil A160WE upgrade for my BioCube 32G tank. Would I need to buy the Kessil Spectral Controller X to do similar stuff, like sunrise and sunset, or can the Kessil light itself do this? I currently have fish and a bubble tip anemone.

You may want to look at Steve’s led upgrade, a lot of par and comes in your existing lid. Made for the Biocube 32
