I have a Oceanic Biocube 30, set up as a reef tank that has been running for about 6+ years with no problems. Now the temperature is getting a little to hot so I bought an Arcitica chiller and hooked it up using the stock return pump and I got hardly any flow so I tried a Uniclife UL400 pump and I think it had even less flow. I am pretty sure that the reason for the low flow is because the pump has to push the water from the tank down to the chiller, about 4 feet and then back up 4 feet.
Does anybody have a solution or ideas that might work for adding the chiller?

Your going to need a bigger pump however I’m not sure what will fit in your Biocube .. the other option is to raise the chiller a couple feet so the pump doesn’t have to work so hard,

BTW.... welcome to R2R!!! :D
