Biocube leds won't ramp down?

New biocube 16. Up and running great except for one little thing. The moonlight LEDs won't ramp down and shut off at the set time. Anyone else had this issue?
Timers set as follows:
24h format
LC1 10:30-1800
LC2 8:00-20:30
LC3 12:00-22:30

All lights working fine except blues don't shut off. Faulty timer? Works fine in demo mode.

If I was you, I'd contact the manufacturer and the seller.

You should contact the manufacturer. It sounds like you'll need a replacement lid.
