What do you guys with biocube stock lighting run your lights at? Which light and how many hours? I'm interested to see what others do and if I'm doing it correctly.

I run blue light for 1 hour in am, white for 10 hours, blue for 1 hour, and then lights off for 12 hours.

And which blue light is the best? The dark blue or the light blue? Not sure on the difference.

Imo. Set the timer to come on the colors you like first and last. you can/should blend all three for the day look, IF you like the way it looks. Duration should probably be set according to intensity. A long Photo period with high intensity is no bueno imo. some do it.

Intensity is tough without a meter. Par or a lux meter. I would guess your tanks intensity at full at 20,000 or 30,000 lux at the top of the water. Prob 20k. so 300 par ish, and 50 or 100 on the sand. So id say your light is prob med/low par. So an eight hour peak with two hours on either end for "Pop" blue only/moon is prob fine.
