BioCube- mesh top ideas ?

I have a Oceanic BioCube and not, using the canopy. Looking for ideas on building a mesh cover so the do not jump out.
With the bow front, it's not as easy as a complete square.

I use plexiglass Don't like it that match though. Just cut the mesh to match the upper lip on the rim

What to use as a frame with the mesh ?

I will have to find pictures but I build a nice wood canopy around mine and then used plexi glass with a lid cut out in the plexi so I can quickly feed if I need to. The canopy is light enough where I can pick it up and take it off if I need to when I need to do some serious work to the tank.
