They should perform similarly, with the exception that All For Reef is a one-part and at first glance appears to be much more expensive. They both purport to supply trace elements to account for the rise in sodium and chloride that comes with most two parts.
The other thing to consider is that All For Reef contains calcium formate. As the formate is metabolized to release bicarbonate, you may get an effect similar to organic carbon dosing (lowering dissolved nutrients, depleting oxygen, etc). There also is an upper limit to how much you can dose because of how quickly the formate can be metabolized, and how much oxygen that process requires. These don't appear to be issues in most cases, but they're worth being aware of.
