I'm getting biopellet and was wondering where to put it in my system. There is a pump that runs my uv and gfo. Should the biopellet be before the gfo and biopellets or after, etc.

Also, I have a 4channel doser. I'm gonna dose the big three but what for the fourth channel?

You should ideally run the bio pellet reactor either in the same chamber as your skimmer, or right before it. You have to run a skimmer after the biopellet reactor or it will gunk up your other components.

The Uv sterilizer is currently going to the skimmer. So can I link the biopellet reactor to the Uv then to skimmer?

I don't see why that wouldn't work, you may have to clean it a bit more often if you don't have a pre-filter and the line coming from the UV filter is coming directly from the tank overflow.

If you are going to run both biopellets and GFO be careful you don't drive your phosphates and nitrates all the way to zero. ideally you want them low for sps but not at zero.
