Biopellet Question

I've been running biopellets for a little over a month now. I noticed on the reactor I have this "slime" forming down the sides where the water from the reactor comes out. Is this an indication that it's working? Never had this before when I used the reactor with carbon.

I would say this means that it is working this is likely a bacterial film caused by the pellets.
