So I am in the process of rebooting my tank, I've learned a lot over the year and I want to give it a try again. Im moving my tank to a breeder for a month or two as I cycle and reestablish my tank. I will only be reintroducing the fish back to the system.

I have a brs dual reactor with GFO, and Rox in it, and I have a Aquamax Biopellet reactor that is fairly new and not doing much now but will be started on the rebuild. I did have a fuge going but I need the space in my sump for other stuff.

Can I daisy chain the bio pellet reactor to a macro algea reactor if I make one, or vice versa. I love the cope pods they produce in the tank, and I dont think the biopellets will strip away all the nutrients. I was thinking of having it go thru the macro algae first than thru the biopellet reactor, but the output is near the skimmer not directly input and im worried It could just suck up the cope pods. I also dont want to introduce another pump in the tank for the macro algae reactor, and I dont want to tee off the main pump any more.

I also want to eliminate the gfo reactor and leave it on stand by for filtration emergency's.

ALSO Should I run my Biopellet and/or skimmer during my Cycle?
