Biopellets before or after a uv sterilizer

I'm running a uv sterilizer and want to run a biopellets reactor in line with the same pump that's feeding the sterilizer. Is it better to put the biopellets reactor before the uv sterilizer or after?

In that case, it usually would be before. Since biopellet usually runs back into the sump area if using a reactor.
