Biospira Sealed?

I purchased a bottle of biospira. I opened the cap to pour the bacteria in but the bottle didn't have a seal (like that like silver seal on ketchup bottles). Is this how they are or is my bottle already been opened?

Its been a hot minute since I've used bio spira, I don't think it comes with those seals, however I do work in a store, so if someone here doesn't already give you an answer I could let you know tomorrow to be sure.
