Biota blue tang

I received my biota blue tang today, and i noticed it has bad hlle on the eyes. I didnt know what blemish means. Turned out its HLLE. Weird how they advertise blemish as hlle…

What are my options here? Would it die!

Don't know much about treating it, but I can assure you, HLLE itself is rarely fatal. That being said, it can develop infections. It's basically an open wound
