Biota Mandarin in a 10 gallon

So, I want to get a mandarin and I want to get one from Biota to increase the chance of it being trained to eat pellets. I was looking at possibly putting it in a 10 gallon with MAYBE one other fish (probably a baby clown) and coral. I have read that they need a 50+ gallon tank but that would be for an established pod population. If it is tank raised on pellets, do I need that much space? Also, I have read that the biota mandarins are pretty small which would help me even more. Thoughts?

Mandarins needs atleast a 30 gallon tank. They lack a typical digestive track so are constantly on the move for food. There is no way you can sustain a mandarin in a 10g tank, even if you can feed it pellets. Mine is CB and seldom goes after pellets.
