Thank you for the feedback, we are still tweaking a bit as we receive more. Shipping depends individually on delivery address and items in the cart so that shows during checkout.

Was reading the Acclimation Guide, and noticed the link to the Acclimation Tank cycles back to the guide (instead of the store link, I assume):

Also... your FAQ's page still has latin: (Edit: I write a lot of documentation, so I know how easy it is for this to slip through, I initially wrote "lol" because I've done it before and know how it feels. Realized it may come off inappropriately, and apologize if it was received as such. It was a laugh of solidarity, not derision)

And, all the FAQ's only seem to answer the Guarantee Policy:

I also noticed that their FAQ page seems to be messed up and all the answers to the different questions are the exact same thing talking about shipping even tho the questions have nothing to do with shipping.
