Birdnest and PAR

I currently have 2 Red Sea LED90's in my salt water 70 gallon tank. The Blue lights are set at 40%. If I placed Birdsnest at the top of the tank would the PAR be to low. Thanks. I'm think about Duncan maybe instead.
 
I ran 2 90s on my redsea xl300 both channels 100% for my sps including BN aka seriatopora. Also had a duncan tucked on sandbed. No issues

I suggest renting or borrowing a par meter. There are too many variables such as mounting height, tank depth, rock height, water clarity, etc that affect par.
