Birds nest coral dying

I got this birds nest coral frag about a week ago and I noticed the polyps weren’t extending all the way and some of them have disappeared. Can I save it? And if so how?

It looks completely dead.

too late... its RTN'd and beyond saving.

White cloudy water leads me to think you had a bacteria bloom.
Or did you do a water change?
