Bird's nest dying?

Looks like the top is starting to bleach?? I place it on top of my tank, perhaps too much light?

What should I do at this point? I already set the light on acclimation mode, see if it will help.

Wow thank you all for the reply, it has only been in my tank for less than a week, I'm surprised to see new growth already!
