i also just has a tempatute problem in the tank with it being to cold so i just added a heater, could that be a probable cause?

How low did the temp go and for how long? Usually when the appearance changes, something happened several days to weeks ago which has cause it.

Alk / Cal / Mag levels? Are you dosing anything or running GFO, GAC, UV, etc?

The most likely issue is the system is just not ready for SPS. Flow & lighting intensity play a role. The frag could be stressed from the difference between the system it came from and yours.

What is the phosphate reading?

Nitrate cannot be zero. What test kit did you use?

used master reef test kit. i dose with calcium and trace elements a few times a week. i have a fluvalsmart light and two wave makers in the frag tank. and the temp was only down for two days. couldn’t get out of my house to get a heater

You can try a water change in the neighborhood of 25% and try lightly dosing some aminos to nurse it back to health. It's definitely stressed so don't move it around daily. That'll make it worse.

It can come back but with a stable run ahead. Moderate water flow along with temp at 78 deg and lighting is ok- Not the most favorable. Salinity of 1.026-1.027

It looks like your frag is under a "bridge" in your tank. I'd put it closer to the lights as well, or at least, not under shade.
