Birds Nest in Trouble???

I dont think you can give too much flow to these imo. My pocilopora, stylophora, and seriatopora are pretty well blasted as long as they stay where they are too much flow shouldn’t be an issue. Too little flow of will see some algae growth.
What test kits are you using? Some of these can be quite off like red sea magnesium test.
Maybe have your lfs double check your readings, mine does this for free.
Perhaps 2 other ideas.
Using a lux phone app above the water line. Divide by 65 and extrapolate the par by water depth and some math.
Do a yellow water bucket test.

As crazy as this sounds is it possible those tips are growth?????

Not the best photos, using my phone, and these are related not the same as your coral. But growth tips on my Pocilloporidae.
These are my fastest growing corals except maybe my valadia. Should be able to measure new growth visually watching for a week.

It very well could be. I would pick the largest of these sections.
Put a piece of scotch tape on the glass(size reference) take a picture of that one spot each day from the same camera position watch the change. Could also do this with some other form of reference plastic ruler, etc. If its getting bigger its growth :)

Definitely not growth. These tips are burnt. You can see algae growing on the tips. New growth would look like lighter, tightly packed polyps.

What do you suggest I do??? Why would they be getting burnt?? As far as lighting the par is around 200 on these...

Ime, birdsnest will do this if alk fluctuates too much. How are you currently keeping alk stable?

I Dos alk and calcium via an apex Dos.
Here are my numbers on alk.

I removed it and trimmed off all the burnt spots.
Here’s what it looks like now:

Would the bubbles being located I center cause the issue of burnt tips??
