Bird's nest looking pretty ill...

As of a couple of weeks ago, my bird's nest was becoming one of my favorite corals. Then it started looking like this and it is really bumming me out. Almost every tip looks like it's rotting or getting algae on them. The rest of my tank is doing pretty well. Thoughts on what might be happening and how I can reverse the situation?

What's your alk, cal, mag #s? Something is off. Temp swing?

I'm not receiving the picture but I'd like to see because I just went through something similar, I think, with my birdsnest. It's recovering now

I think I have a birdnest. I got a frag pack and all are doing good but this one has shown no growth and no color since putting it in my DT 5 weeks ago.

What is the ideal flow and PAR for this coral?
