My birds nest keeps getting white on the bottom sides. Is this cause it’s being shaded. What should I do I cut like the truck of it off glued it back to the rocks and it’s doing it again.

It's the circle of life and how reefs are built up through the ages, nothing more to do than cut of the dead parts and reglue the living ends of the colony.

I get shading top with that result. It tends to be worse when you use led lights because they are a point source. There are ways to manage that. But even with optimal lighting a big colony will shade its lower portions.

Agreed that shading, as will any SPS coral, there will be die off. It's unavoidable. Increasing your light intensity may do more damage than good if your tank is receiving proper par now.
