It's losing tissue in some spots with no polyp extension, Birdnest do this when there slowly dying, What are the water parameters?

I'm also guessing you picked it up off the substrate and the decided to snap a picture which is why there's no polyp extension.

It fell over night and then picked it up first thing the next morning. But it should be fine

That's why it looks like that, it will grow back. Get some superglue gel and glue the plug down so it doesn't keep falling.

Okay yeah it fell like three time my stupid hermit crabs and snails knock ed it over. But it will be fine

Ammonia 0
Nitrate 0
Nitrite 0
Calcium 430

You missed the most important part when it comes to sps corals and that's alkalinity, the frag is browned out which isn't caused by dropping it, Iv left acros in the sand for days and they didn't lose tissue like that, Anyway it should recover well as long as the tank perameters are up to par, Goodluck.

The "big 3" are quite important for SPS: Ca, Alk, and Mg.
