Bite mark on wrasse or bacterial infection?

Yeah, I would just keep an eye on it for now. Soak the fish food with a vitamin supplement. If it starts turning red, perform an acriflavine bath and treat with antibiotics in QT.

Looks like battle damage to me. If the fish is eating and otherwise behaving normally, I would just observe for now.
