Hey guys, i have got this hyacinthus acro that was doing fine, growing with good coloration/fluorescence.

It's been 2/3 months that it has almost 0 polyp extension, no fluorescence and slow growth. Could it be red bugs? I noticed these holes but they may be just small polyps. what do you think? Even at night it has 0 polyp extension.
Thanks a lot as always :D

Those look like polyps to me too.

There could be pests, but those do not look like bites. Best time to see red bugs is in the daytime in the shadows of the coral.

Ok thanks guys. Any suggestion to what could be causing the coral to never extend polyps? I got good water parameters and other acros are doing fine :(

Thanks a lot :)

Pests, inadequate lighting (spectrum more than intensity), water quality issues.

No PE during the day is not really a problem... but never having any, even a night, is kind of a warning sign.
