Bits of skeleton showing on lobo

Anyone know what's wrong with this lobo , was fine a few days ago
Now skeleton is pokeing out of the side . It's next to a chalice but iv never seen the chalice sent out stingers

All 8.6... doseing from 8.4to 8.6 each day
Cal 445
Salt 25

The one thing I can thick of is I have low no3 po4 , most of the time
I try to get it up but can't without takeing my reactor out , and than I start to get problems

Have you tried feeding it? And putting it under lower light? They don't need too much light but they do eat readily when presented with something meaty

My guess is that the Chalice is stinging the Lobophyllia at night. It's trying to get away from this and by doing so the skeleton has started to poke through. It can only withdraw so far. If you haven't already you might want to check the tank at night with a flashlight. GL.

Reefersdirect , it was feeding all the time but since the skeleton poked through its not having none of it , I don't think it's getting to much light as it was doing really well intill a few weeks back
I think it might be what cloak said and be the chalice , not seen any long stingers out but it does put feeder tentacles out every night ,are they the same thing just longer?
