I'm really enjoying this new tank. It's basically a biology experiment and I'm finding and learning about all kinds of weird, wonderful and sometimes horrible new creatures. For instance, I'm finding dozens of these small bivalves popping up all over my tank. I started the tank with mostly dry rock but seeded it with a few live rocks from my LFS. They're apparently pretty prolific because in 5 months I can't find a single rock that doesn't have at least one or two on it, some have large clusters. I'd like to learn more about them so I sacrificed a few to make this video. Can anyone identify the species?

I have those.
I looked for a long time and all I found was that they are an indopacific mussel.
Def toss those back in, they’ll walk around the tank and find a new home.

The largest I have is about one inch.
