I know very little about ai lights. Im almost certain these are hds as thats what it says when I linked them using the downloaded app also I was able to turn down colors and bump other colors past "100%"

It is my understanding that these lights were not that old. They came off of a system I broke down and they appear to be in pristine condition. I tested them and all channels work perfectly.

There is a small connector that connects the two lights together. Ill add that in with them.

I have a 6’ 125 and I want to see if Just these 2 will Work or if I need a 3rd... I am going to supplement with a t5 hybrid too

I think it depends on the look you want. My guy says with t5 hybrid you would be ok. With just led get one more. For me i would start with 2 see if i like the look then add a 3rd if you want more led look.

I run a couple of these on a 90 - two with T5s will do a nice job. Be careful when you crank them up - supper powerful lights.
