just noticed today when at tank looking at the rocks I have black algea. it's not on the sand just the rocks. I immediately reprommed my lights to turn on for sun rise at 6 to 7 then full spectrum til 5 pm and sunset mood at 5 pm. where before sunrise 6 -7 then 7 am - 8 pm daylight mode then 8 to 10 moon like setting. the lowering of the lights plus the tooth brush to the rocks should start to eliminate the black algea over time. plus weekly water changes.
