Black and red alge in sump

what is this? This is in my sump my plan is to create a refugium but it seems all I can grow is this stuff. I don't see anything like this in my main display fish are healthy the few corals I have look good. Thank you!

Holy moly that looks so nasty. Before you try chemicals, do me a favor and try dosing phyto from a sponsor like Tommy's phyto and I believe it will out compete that in 2-3 days. You will need CUC for that green hair imho.
